I dug out an old Koga-Miyata racing bike from the basement of my folks' house. I had bought this frame used in the early 80s, and I got to thinking recently that it might make a good beater bike to get around DC. But it's actually nicer looking than I had remembered and I'm wondering if it's worthy of better-than-beater status in the stable. I'm curious about the frame and wonder if anyone knows anything about these bikes. (The lugs are quite nice: simple, with little crown (or 'M'?) windows).
