DIY E-Motion Rollers

I've seen a few different ways to do this. His looks pretty clean and well done. I'll have to borrow the platform idea when I do mine. I'm just using industrial caster wheels - they seem to roll pretty well but I won't know until the project is done.

That looks great. And a deal at $200.

There have been a few E-motions posted here for sale, but all have been 2-3 times that price.

The builder is exactly right, this mechanism makes the workouts much more fun. I don't dread the rollers…
