Paul Medium Racer - black, excellent condition, barely used, ill try to find some but currently these are lacking the mounting nuts and brake pads, but do include some blue peace sign cable hangers! sweeeeeeeettt.

I'm a touch confused what I would need. Your title says center mount but I just want to confirm I wouldn't need this to make these work....

You would need brake pads and any generic bolts for a recessed mount brake (like the one in the photo above), the bolt is not paul specific, you do not need any kind of crazy kit like the one in that link.

These brakes mount like any standard caliper brake would.
