My old tail light doesn't fit on my new bike's aero seatpost. Does anybody know of a tail light that fits aero seatposts?

My Dinotte 300R came with an aero-post attachment.

Can you clip it to the back of your saddle bag? Many gave a loop you can hook a light to.

I've been known to hook a light to the bag centered between zippers if there is a double zipper

i just recently got a L&M vis 180 micro. i like it a lot. the rubber mount should fit on just about anything:

I tried to use the 180 micro on the aero post on my Langster Pro when I trailered it home from the velodrome. Not a good fit. Even if you can pull it tight enough, it won't face rearward.

Pretty low tech for me. I used a few zip ties to attach a Superflash to the post on my Volagi Liscio. To have it pointed straight and not downwards I rolled up a small piece of rubber and wedged it at the bottom.

I tried a Cateye that uses the threaded plastic mount but it never stayed in place. Plus it's not as bright as a Superflash.

I picked up a Serfas Thunderbolt last month (just because I got caught out on a rental bike during a ride that went far later/darker than anticipated, and this was the only thing remotely decent the LBS I came across had in stock) but its vertical orientation and elastic mounting straps should work great on a non-cylindrical seatpost.

(P.S. it's bright as all get-out)
(P.P.S. also available in Black)

Not exactly an answer, but I always put my Superflash on the seatstay.

Thanks for all the help, guys! That Dinotte 300r looks like it has a perfect mount.

You want my mount? Maybe you can homebrew something off it? I have used all the other seat post and seat stay mounts between my four bikes, but I am very unlikely to use that one.

I'm using a similar mount for my Cateye, especially useful for aero seatpost/TT frames.
