I just inherited one and I haven't the foggiest what it'll fit.

I recall a Peugeot MTB that used a 26.4.
It's far from common and is only needed with a frame that uses a seriously thick seat tube.

26.4 is found on moderate quality japanese bikes from the 80's for instance. better bikes from that era used 26.6-27.2

Columbus SP was 27.0 which makes sense, it is .2 mm thicker than SL

I have a track bike made from Columbus THRON that uses a 26.4 seat tube.
