I picked up the Schwinn AC Performance Plus indoor cycle with the Echelon computer and power upgrade. Anyone have any experience with this and more specifically the wattage read outs? The problem I'm experiencing is that the wattage readout can suddenly jump significantly (like 50-75 watts) in either direction even though I am pedaling at the same cadence and resistance setting (as well as perceived resistance and heart rate). I've tried recalibrating, reinstalled the firmware available through Schwinn's website but nothing seems to fix this. The firmware version on the unit is .09 which is the version available from the website. The firmware flash instructions shows a picture with a firmware version 1.4 but I have no idea whether this has any meaning since what's available from the website is .09. Anyone have any clues? :confused:
