Yeah - they trounced my Broncos.

I am off to drink a glass or 2 of wine to numb the pain... :crap: :crap: :crap:

Hats off to the Steelers tho - they performed like champions.

Total bummer. At least we've still got a whole season of NCAA b-ball to go. Go Hoosiers! (I'm a transplant).

After that game, I think that you might need a transplant, or maybe a Bud or two, Bud.

I suspect you're right, but Seattle surprised me by thoroughly trouncing Carolina, who I thought would be pretty tough. I hope its a decent game and, having lived in Seattle for many years, I gotta pull for the Hawks. But living in Pennsylvania, I won't be bummed at all to see the Steelers win, particularly giving Bettis a great last ride in his hometown.

Kind of a no lose for the fan in me. It's been so much more fun and less stress watching the playoffs without the Eagles in 'em this year. Reminds me of growing up in Tucson, with no team within 500 miles and no allegiances. Just watch to catch great athletes doing their thing and not care very much who wins or loses.

Everyone has underestimated the 'hawks all year, despite being best team in NFC from start to finish...some have called them lucky, I say they made their "luck".

I think the Super Bowl is lucky to have two very deserving teams playing...
