My cast iron wheel stand is a bit of mystery.. pictured in the attached. It's been around the shop, then my house for 25+ years.

Following a question from across the hall on my wheel display stand, leads me to ask how you support and display your bikes ?

I lean it against the wall. The other ones I hang in the garage on a hook.

I was thinking of getting a stand though so I stop leaving marks from the dirty bar tape on the wall.

For my daily driver I use a Feedback stand. (not my pic) It's super-easy to use and convenient, except for when you want to work on the bike. So right next to it I also keep one of the Nashbar thingies that support at the back end of the stays for times when I want to lube the chain or tweak the shifting.

We use the Evo bike stand. Rear axle fits into the rubber forks between the frame and flange. Very sturdy, easy to store (they stack) and about $30 retail. Tried many other and nothing works as well even at higher prices.

I employ 3 Victoria's secret models, who rotate in 8 hours shifts, to hold my bike up. I feel their curves really accentuate the terraplane seat stays.

Well, if I were a billionaire playboy, I might do that. For now, I just lean them on the wall :(

I have a very similar stand to your cast iron one but made out of wood.

I display a Masi (California, with a 50th group), the rest reside in the garage.
