Tubulars on an aerospoke...it must be a steel fixie...I would say an orange paramount and the guy most likely came across the mayor in a drunken stupper and had to help him dodge a bunch of reporters. it was locked with a U lock but before he knew it, the bike was jacked and gone. the guy that stole it got a few blocks but since it didn't have any brakes, ate it big time!
