Does that mean Riis is out? Tinkov wanted to run things.

The headline says "Riis to stay four years as manager"
Or until he gets a lifetime ban from Danish cycling when their report comes out early next year.

...and stripped of his Tdf. Armstrong wasn't the only one.
6,000,000.00 EUR = 8,155,553.59 USD plus he's planning another 11mil eur. wow that's commitment. what does this mean for contrador? better have some victories.

That's exactly what I meant when I said "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger?"
Contador had been dealing with nasty people for a while and probably 2014 will be his last season with saxo if the russian gets nasty with him, thing many give for certain I guess, I do.
I do imagine this scenario for 2015, contador and sagan together.
Good luck for 2014 contador...

Contador might be better off having a tough 2014 so Alonso can buy out his contract for 2015, though Rodriguez and Contador on the same team seems like a mistake to me (waste of money to get Rodriguez for the illusion of a run at a non-Contador GC).
The notion of a "dream team" in cycling seems quaint. After Sagan, and arguably Froome, does anybody else really make sense as a dream get?
As for Contador, big money for the right team vs. hanging with your buds is a tough decision.
