Finally thanks to a dutch friend I will be able to get a dutch frame to work with during the winter, noticed that the stays have a decal in script saying "model Campagnolo", anybody knows what is this about? asking because presto, rih and other dutch manufacturers used exactly the same script in their bikes.

Thanks...

Not sure about Presto or RIH, but Rabeneick (german brand) had a "Modell Campagnolo" for a long time, too, both as a tourer and as a racer. I believe that was because there was a close connection between the companies and Campy parts were something unusual on non-italian bikes at that time.
