So yesterday on Chainlove there was a Feedback Truing Stand for sale, according to the daily email they sent me. I'm pretty sure it was at $39.99, half price. I wanted to get one, so I watched the site most of the day when I had free time. The longest span was about 2 hours in the evening. I figured for sure it had to come up during that time, but it never did.

Does this mean they were sold out? How could I tell so I don't waste my time next time? Is there another place to get the same deal? I checked backcountry.com during the day but the price was higher.

Let me know of your experiences in getting what you wanted from the site.

Thanks.

Looks like they still have 72 of those truing stands in stock, so be patient and it will probably come back around.

I didn't realize Chainlove was a bicycle site... nevermind.

I've also called them and they let me order an item over the phone at the chainlove sale price. She even gave me free shipping!

Chainlove is part of Backcountry.com. If you go to backcountry.com, they have the stand on sale for -30% off. Just call the Live Gearhead number with the item, and they will probably give it to you at the chainlove price. They want to move it out of inventory.

I have had multiple extraordinarily amazing experiences with the Customer Service folks at Backcountry. Just call 'em!

Thanks to everyone who posted tips on getting the truing stand. I called backcountry and like others said they sold it to me for the same price. Simple and easy.

I had thought that when chainlove sent me the daily email only those 4 items were for sale cycling throughout that day. As people posted above it seems items can come up at any time as long as they still have some in stock.

Next time I'll set up an alert, but I am all set for now.

Thank you all very much, and Happy Thanksgiving !!!
