Road Riding in Moab

I know Moab is a mountain bikers paradise but has anyone ever done any good road rides in the area? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

It's gonna be cold this time of year. I've done some rides there, I'll try to map them for you tomorrow. Plenty of bike shops in town, they should be able to help, too.

Those are the places I've been. Probably snow on the La Sal Loop Rd after Castle Valley.
