I think I like this helmet -- Limar Velov

Just saw a mention of this on BikeRumor this morning, and checked the site -- the Limar Velov helmet. Listed as "Urban", it has removable vent covers for varying conditions (would have been nice on my 23F commute this morning).

I'm going to watch Robocop tonight, just sayin. The scene where he hits the baddie in the car after he falls in the vat of acid disturbed me greatly as a child.

Oh and I'm not really taken with that lid.

Thanks for posting that picture, but it got me curious, and that is only one-half (or less) of the photo-story. I think I could like this helmet - doesn't look bad at all without the covers in my preferred all black, still looks OK with the black covers, and the ability to use higher-viz white/fluro covers when you are more likely to want the covers during low-light/low-temp rides, is interesting.

It's one of those monstrosity one size fits all bowl. I prefer ones where the bowl comes in 3 sizes Sm M L and not just the webbing.
This one will look stupid on small head. Too bad the design is decent. I like the new specialized but too pricey for my wallet.
