Wheel Shipping Question

I'm selling a wheel to a fellow in Canada and was looking for shipping weights and dimensions to plug into a shipping calculator.

If my math is correct, the wheel (650B dynamo) weighs ~1000grams.

Anyone have a dimensions, weights or shipping rates for a wheel box handy? It's going from zip code 92887 to Calgary AB T2M 1L5.

About $35-40 plus insurance for MA to Ottawa

Go to rei or a bike shop and ask for a used "one wheel" box. About $12/wheel Seattle to Pittsburgh via UPS.
