Picked up a bike that came with a set of Ritchey protocol wheels. unfortunately, the front rim came with a nice size dent in the brake track. No good.

Can anyone recommendation a 24mm deep black rim replacement? cost effective... I'm thinking of attempting my first wheel build by swapping out rims. 20 spokes.

also worth noting is that this wheelset is claimed to weigh in around 1400g... mine came in at 1560g or so. not sure how that happened! others have sets around 1450 based on what i'm seeing around the internet.

HED Belgiums are great, but I'm not exactly sure what "cost effective" is in your book.
