Which rims for a road build? Yes I know the Arch's are wider(not a big deal to me) but how about the longevity of the brake track and ease of build, etc?
Old Spud- what say thee? Any other wheelbuilders?

The 465/415/440 are the flatest, roundest, rims when new I have ever seen.
H+son build well also. Although there are 465 out there, they are being replaced by the 440/440OC.

I weigh 220 and have a pair of 440's mounted to campy hubs and love them. DT Spokes and brass nipples and the rear rim is asymmetric. They have put about 1000 miles on them so far and I would give them a thumbs up!
