Help me choose a tubeset!

I just pulled the trigger on my first new road bike in a decade! I ordered a DeSalvo. Now I have to decide what tubeset to use. I'm hoping some of the brain trust around here can give me some good suggestions. I'm a big guy (6'6" 295 lbs.) and not as fast as I used to be. Hope some of the builders will pipe in.

At the risk of sounding like a jerk ( not "the" jerk....just "a" jerk) I think I'd leave it up to the expert......DeSalvo.

The builder will most always know better than the rider what tubes should be used. If they don't, you need a different builder.
