Nice. Kicking the vehicle as it runs over a bike... A more rational approach may have been to instead remove the bike from under the truck instead of kicking the truck.

How about this: Move your bikes off the road out of the way of the crazy driver and other vehicles that may pass, and not kicking a car as it drives away. A gang of cyclists circling and provoking a man with a bat doesn't make them look any more reasonable, even if he is in the wrong.

Instead of filling the jail with these people they should force them to ride a bike for a year in the streets to have a taste of their own people, sure after that year they will think it all completely different before screw up again.

In my country the old man would have gotten a beat, got his truck with all the lights and windows smashed plus probably had the truck crashed against the closest pole or ditch, so the guy doesn't forget no more.

Guy taking the video should be a lawyer, seemed to ask all the correct questions to have the guy admit to being able to pass and then implicate himself in escalating the situation.

Agreed on the comments to these stories, I try not to read them as they make me sad that people seem to see cyclists as non-humans.
