Anyone know what this long black piece is that was included in one of the Campy ferrule baggies? It didn't come with the ferrules with the white cables I ordered but was in the black cable kit that came with my brakes. Didn't open it since I'll be selling the black cables off as new.

I think it's the plastic scrunchie cable cover for Delta brakes, like this:

Don't think it's a delta squishy. It's rather narrow and a stiffer plastic. Makes me think it's for a V-brake style caliper.

It keeps dirt out of the RD cable housing. Goes right in front of the cable stop on the right chainstay.

What he said...not a Delta bellows.

I think those are the little rubber things to protect your frame from cable rub.

Here is a picture of it on the bike. Campy supply a regular ferrule as well so you can leave it off if need be. I figured it might just keep the cable a little more dirt free. Guess the 11s stuff is a bit more sensitive to friction as my 10s parts did not include this.

That accordion cable seal looks exactly like the grub seal that came with Gore sealed cable systems. The Gore system had a continuous liner all the way from the shifter to the derailleur, with the end of the liner sealed with a grub seal.
