Looking at a Serotta Clasique Ti but can't figure out the frame specs. Does a serial number with "CL XL" make sense for a frame that has a “Custom GS” sticker on the seat tube?
I typically ride a Serotta stock 57cm.

The recent Serotta GS models (Colorado, Classique, there was an Ottrott) were lower price points than the higher spec'd, more engineered SE level (CdA, Legend, Ottrott & MeiVici). The GS could be ordered in either ready custom (stock) or custom geometry. The SE was only custom.
The serial number CL would be Classique but is it possible the XL is really X1? That would be 2011.

looking at it again, the serial number was CL X1 folowed by a 4 digit number that I'm assuming is the production quantity.
Is there any way to know if the frameset is custom ready(stock) or custom geometry?
Can anyone suggest a place to find the table of custom ready(stock) specs?
