I have an older slr gel flow that suits me well, but newer SLRs are a little different, so I was looking at the newer flite cutout saddles as the shape seems similar to the older SLR.
Anyone have some experience between these saddles that could comment on similarities or differences?
Thanks

Are you referring to the most recent version of Flite?

I haven't seen the most current in person, but either that or the prior version with the red oval window as they seem to be plentiful

To me, the Flite with the red oval does not feel like the older SLR at all. (I have SLRs on all my bikes)

The slr and original flite 1990 are different in shape, design and geometry. The flite that came out in the mid 2000's, very very different, Which is why they brought back the original version.

The srl shape is a 275 x 131 mm seat span
The flite is a 280 x 130 mm span
The flite 1990 is a 280 x 146 mm span.

The major difference in the flite original and the new one and slr is the flite original hammocks in the middle greatly. It is naturally that way and then gets more so as you ride. The other two have flat top surfaces versus that dip in the center.
