Helping out a friend who has ended up with 2 Carrera Nitro frames. They're brand new, never built up or ridden, absolutely immaculate.

Monocoque italian construction, full carbon fork, 1360g frame 390g fork, threaded BB.
One is a size "S" (53) and the other "M" 55. These are pictures of the small size but they look identical in terms of color and design.

He's looking to get $1400 OBO and shipping. Shoot me a PM with any questions or offers.

I have a carrera made of carbon and yes indeed, are nice rides, carrera is good stuff. The other thing is that the brand is not known in the US, I believe carrera is one of the few that are still building carbon bikes in italy.

Anybody have seen the carrera phibra? sick ride.

If your friend is tempted by a rubik's cube anniversary edition we could work out a trade hehe :)

I've toured the Carrera factory. They are still making carbon frames in their Castenodolo (sp) location. I once owned one of their steel frames. It was quite nice.

If these frames really weigh 1360g, they have looong way to go in learning how to build a carbon fiber frame.

Just my opinion.

Price drops on these frames, now $1400 each or trade one for something with more aggressive geo.
