....and I am pretty dang excited. Picked my team bike up today and got it built up. Pretty stoked to be racing for a frame builder.....a local frame builder at that....and getting way more support than I deserve

Nice, the last time it will look that clean. The rear derailleur look at its limits..... have a good and safe season.

Looks good, T.J. Hopefully you won't need that gear in a race.

Have fun!

Looks great! Congrats. Don picked up Nicole B last year and I think that's all been a good thing too. Hope you get to ride and race the heck out of it!

Thanks Anne!! It great on a couple of levels. Racing on a custom steel frame...racing on a custom steel frame built by a friend makes it even better. Just wait until road season.......

With an appropriate big CX front chainring that chain may be just right!

Why does this bike have a force crank with Shimano electric? Thought Shimanos chainrings were the poo with regard to stiffness.........

They are as is 7970 or 9000..BUT other CRs work fine with electronic as long as the spacing is correct, 10s-10s, 11s-11s..I have even installed Di2 onto Quark and obblong CRs..they don't work as well under load as shimano, but they work.

I mention Quark because I have seen more than a few with CRs that don't run 'inplane', aren't very flat.
