I don't personally own a commuter but I can appreciate what goes into one....

Because my Riv Allrounder photo is already in our thread "Show us Your Green Bikes" I couldn't post it here. A smarter computer user might be able to do so but not me.

My Steve Rex porteur. Great bike.

Please forgive the lousy picture quality - I only had my iPhone available.

Geekhouse commuter as seen in Boston. Alfine 8, disc, sliders, front rack. Served me well for our year together.

I dig those tires. They look like they could be on a 1950's car or motorbike.

They were a little tight, but the ride was amazing. Every day felt like a kid on a joy ride.

Here's mine. This was before I created the drop bolt to get the front fender appropriately close to the front tire, but you get the idea.

I'm not sure why, but this is the category that probably gets the most churn in my ever changing fleet. My latest is a Novara Buzz fixie hipster thing that I manhandled into an 8 speed townie (http://bikingtoplay.blogspot.com/2013/08/novara-buzz-update.html), spreading the rear end from 120mm to 133 or so.
