Campy SR front Der. Cage Replacment Problems any Tips

Hey all,

I was wondering if anybody here had any luck with replacing campy front der cage assembly. I have a SR campy front der that is in need of a new cage assembly. I removed the old cage no problem, but now I can't seem to wind the spring back on the plate and successfully put the pin back thru. Any body have any tips or Home made tools i might be able to make? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I use a 3 way socket, on top of the spring, hold it 'wound', align tabs, pin thru, let go of spring.
