HED Ardennes FR Clincher Wheelset‏: Are they handbuilt?

These are available at several places online generally with:
•Sapim CX-Ray bladed spokes: 18 front; 24 rear
•Radial front lacing; 2x rear drive and non-drive side
•Carbon FR Sonic hubs
•Rear hub grease port with carbon port cap
•Titanium Skewers and Rim Tape included

The question is: Are they hand-built? One of the online sources answered the question thusly, "They are hand built from what we know by HED." He certainly left the door open.

Does anyone have a more definitive answer?

Yes. HED builds each wheel in Minnesota. As a dealer, their support is excellent and they have done special requests for our customers.
