I'm a little curious.

Does Serotta have a policy of not contributing posts to this forum?

For example, on the Moots site the Moots people often reply to forum questions and queries 'in public', so to speak.

I can't recall reading a post authored by a Serotta employee here.

Todd used to jump in and I know that Miss Alyson has corrected me a time or two. Just post a flame or something really juicey and see if they jump on the bait. Were a really a nice polite happy family here.

i've been told that serotta encourages some of their dealers/LBSs to comment. but i was also told by that same dealer/LBS that he felt a liitle too self-conscious to do it. that their comments might sound too self-serving.

Didn't the old forum have the "question of the week"
area, where Serotta would issue official replies to user's
questions ?

The new forum also had a question of the week in the begining. However, when Todd left the company the question of the week was removed.
