Greetings folks!

Any of you has the specs for the Ultegra 6800 hubs? I'm looking for the usual suspects : flange diameter, center to flange, spoke hole diameter.

I did a search but I could not find them. Even Shimano hasn't listed the specs...

Thanks a lot and a great day to all.

Philippe.

Thanks Peter. Sounds logical that they should be the same as 9000. That would be great if you could report :)

I was planning to build a wheelset with 6700 hubs and I already have the spokes. Do you think I can use the same lengths for 6800?

Here's what I got :
NDS : Sapim Laser - Silver - 285
DS : Sapim Race - Silver - 284

Thanks again :)

so what's the deal with 6800, are they going to offer disc versions of the hubs too to go with their new (stupid) road discs?

I called Shimano USA customer service earlier this year and they were able to give me all the specs on the DA 9000 hubs. 949-951-5003

Nothing special Nick. I just figured out that if I'm to build a new set of wheels I'd better go for the 11 speed hub straight. No plan to upgrade in the coming months but with me you never know :D

Don't think it makes any difference but 6700 RH rear hub ctr to flange is 18mm...with 11s and assuming total distance is 130mm...think RH ctr to flange is less than 18.75mm.

I measured 17mm. Very similar to Record hubs..

The numbers I gave were for 6800 hubs. Flange distance is 56.9 with a 9.7 Dish.

Yep, I know. My point is that 6700 rear hub(10s) is 18mm RH ctr to flange,on 6800, with 11s and keeping 130mm spacing, I just don't see how the RH ctr to flange could be higher..with a taller FH body on it, with 6800.

My employee just built a set of wheels with 6800, he measured and wrote the numbers down BUT like I said, for spoke calc, it means little.
