I have really long thigh bones. Most shorts feel/look like this on me:

I met Bob Cook, I rode with Bob Cook, I am NOT Bob Cook.

Can anyone recommend a company or bib short model that has really long legs?

Oh yeah...not a fan of leg grippers. This may be because I have to pull them up so far.

I know that, ahem, Rapha makes an extended leg version of their pro-team shorts for taller guys.

You used the R-word. I'd wear them if I could get them for under $100.

I've had several pairs of Verge shorts that were super long, to the point where, even at 6'6", I wind up 'cuffing' them.

Can you get them other than custom?

Buy knickers and take them to a tailor?

I have a pair of the descente classic shorts and they are quite a bit longer than any other short I have ever tried. Check the review here that complains about them being too long!

I believe Hincapie does a longer leg option as well.

I usually wear Rapha Pro Team bibs (small), but also have a pair of Primal Evo Corsa bibs (also small) that are about 1/2" to 1" longer depending how I stretch them. The Primals have the grippies on the thigh though.

I have some bibs in the 2xl size and at 6' 6" tall I find them to be a tad long. Not top of the line, but not the worst out there either. Good mid level shorts. Optional pad choices as well.

The Garneau Neo Power bibs have longer legs than the norm. I believe their specs state an inseam length of 11.25". I personally find them to be very comfortable, and they're reasonably priced. Or you could get a pair of the long version of the $280 Assos bibs...

I have a set of lower model Garneaus and they have the longest legs of all my shorts. I'm not a fan of their chamois, but that may just be a model issue. 11.25 is right in the ball park.

I understand that a few big dudes such as Too Tall swear by this brand...

More leg exposure equals better tan and increased vitamin D intake, which in turn leads to happier you!

The Garneau and Performance Ultra have similar lengths but without a leg gripper they ride up a little and end up being at the same spot as the Decente Aero-X. The Descente classic is the longest short I have found and are about 1/2 - 1" longer than the others. Too bad they aren't made anymore.

Is that what happened to Bob?

I believe Santini also offers a LONG or TALL version of most of their shorts. Lou

Have tried a number of brands, some as bad as your picture . . . I am 6'-6" with long femurs as well, and pearl izumi xxl seem to run nice and long

Just bought a couple of Pactimo bibs. Very happy with them and inseam length is longer than Anyang I've worn.
