Dollars to donuts 700c, because of the 80s components, tires, and anodized rim finish. That said, they are near the top of the slots for 47-57mm brakes, so no issue to get the extra 4mm brake reach you need for 622s if I'm wrong.
But yeah, $20 says those are 700c/622mm.

Looks like 1983 or '84. Definitely a crossover period for 27 to 700c. Even with the ad arguing against, I'll go for 27 on this one.

I stand corrected, '85 it is. :beer: Where's the spec sheet in those catalogs? None of this matters as that frame and the brakes can handle either wheel size. ;)

SunTour made a simple cable stop that took the place of the downtube symetric shifters. ive seen some around and on ebay at times
