Details on the cyclist killed on Camp Pendleton

I hadn't even heard of this until today, and if it was previously mentioned I missed it. This is not pleasant reading. I did not know the riders involved, but I ride here--more 18 months ago versus now. I have sometimes felt there are too many cameras around us these days, but a camera can at least firmly discredit the lying cover-up after an "accident".
