Anybody remember a bike brand called Le Jeune? I remember it was THAT bike that originally spiked my interest in "high end" road bikes, back in the mid 70's. Jeff N.

The best bike is the next one. At least that is what I tell my wife. ;)

The Peugot PX-10 that my Dad bought me when I was in 5th grade (1970). That same year is when I did my first century.

Nope, it was one of Dennis Cotcamps. A Singer no less.

Interesting question. Best bike means different things to different people. To me, the best bike is the one that gives me or has given me the most enjoyment in riding. That is the Ottrott ST, at this point. I can never see myself owning more than 2 bikes. A backup bike is nice to have, I think.

Sandy,
My wife has a coffee mug that states "My next husband will be normal". So I am guessing that she agrees with you.

I don't think she is interested in another cyclist, or another person who spends so much time on this forum. I wonder why?
