I give this 3 days before the judge throws it out. If people can sue for this, then I'm gonna sue Paula Dean for not making me the next best racist, oops, I mean chef.

Humanity at its most pathetic. Even if I felt the way, uh, those people's lawyer claims they do, I'd be too ashamed to admit it publicly. Wouldn't you?

He, er, his lawyers should countersue, saying everybody should have known it was a novel.

Yes good suggestion, I'll add the Livestrong charity. Their founder I hear was and still is very passionate about ridding the world of cancer.
