Anyone know the difference between the Super Record and Record EPS Power units?

Are they exactly the same unit?

Exactly the same as I understand it. Real difference is between SR/Record and Athena.

thanks for reply.

would there be any reason then why "Record" is written on my Super Record EPS Power unit?

and, this eps athena power unit is a fair bit cheaper that the record or super record power unit - any reasons why this may be so?

They may only make a Record power unit for both Sr and Record.

Athena has different connectors and polarity, so it is not compatible with Record or SR.

For the forum..yes, the ones for SR and Record are intercompatible but on the underside, it does Record. But same for both. Athena has a different wiring harness, and that, along with no carbon, makes it less expensive.

BTW-the picture you sent me on the white/green frame has the battery upside down. The magnetic switch and charging port 'ought' to be forward, if for no other reason but ease of access.
