Statute of limitations? In cycling doping cases, seems really dumb, as if after a while, the offense didn't really happen.

If I owned a team, I certainly wouldn't hire an admitted doper, regardless of the results he 'may' produce. It's all about trust. Would I hire an admitted thief to work in my store? Not likely.
