No matter what type of helmet you wear, the point is....wear one. They do serve a purpose. For example...........
This rider probably felt he was riding safely and didn't really need protective gear or a helmet on such a warm day. He wasn't counting on drivers who run redlights. About the time the traffic camera snapped this photo, he may have wished he'd dressed for excess.
