I've got a Ritchey 44mm headset that has a fairly tall bearing cap. The King Inset bearing cap is much shorter. Would the King bearing cap work on my Ritchey HS? If so, are these bearing caps available separately? The King web store sells the No-thread bearing caps but I didn't see the Inset ones.
