It's actually a pretty good summary. Some of the facts are dubious... they talk about sprinting at 80kph... that seems fast to me.

Fun stuff. I think the narrator was talking about descending at 80kph.

Sounds like something I need to make to explain to my family what I do for a living. Their only reference is Madmen and the debauchery doesn't really line up. The office stuff does (even the weird scene with the guy losing his leg at the xmas party), but the out of office stuff doesn't.

53x11 at 120 rpm is about 75 kmh. I always thought they routinely hit 90kmh on the sprint for that final 150m push or so.

Those are Sherwen kilometers, which are somewhere between 100 and 200 meters shorter than regular kilometers.
