touch-up paint

I have a frame sitting without components at the moment. Any suggestions how to best match touch-up paint for my old Pinarello. I have also noticed some of the paint coming off my head badge, and would like to touch it up also.

no more variety than in the nail polish world. really.

(i'm looking to match an old serotta color of 'pinot noir' and was told that's where i should probably look to save $ and get the best match-- just a few tiny nicks, btw.)
