1-1/8" Threadless fork to Threaded fork?

This may be something I shouldn't be mentioning, but I like the quil and the flexability of changing my bar hieght depending on the ride. Rase it for the long rides. Current head set is Chris King, is their head set that will size me down to a 1", and are their any carbon forks out there set for threaded forks.
