They're on Contador's bike. Internal cam. Wheels are Zipps but I'm not seeing those skewers on their website.

Yes, they look like Tune AC 14.

The internal cam is appealing, but no one really knows if they can actually clamp tighter than the lightweight external cam style QRs.
