Is anyone following the story of track sprinter tim montgomery who became embroiled in the balco scandal. He is presently suspended for 2 years without a positive test. His results and records have been wiped out and he is now facing the prospect of being forced to return approximately $1million in prize money and appearance fees. Wow! Might we see retirements of athletes in their prime?

They convict people of murder without a body. I guess it would be "overwhelming" circumstantial evidence.
