will be used as commuter, swapping old parts so it needs to be 26" wheel, cantilever brakes, 1 1/8 would be best, 18-20 inch frame.

couple hundred would b best, hmm, also want to run it rigid, that bike looks like it would need a long ass rigid fork without suspension. would you sell just the frame?

Oh yeah, it needs a seat post 27.2 (350 or 400mm) because I poached the one that was in there to use for my kid's trailer bike.
