I did a forum search, and nobody has really commented on the saddle. I'm currently a BIG fan of the Toupe, but the Chicane looks nice. Give some feedback!

No first hand experience, but Bike Source on Colorado Boulevard has the Chicane Pro in stock. I'd like to try one, but they only work with certain seatposts.

Ha, I was JUST in there last night! I didn't realize it didn't work with all seatposts though. I'm assuming my S-Works post will be fine. I wonder if the have a Chicane in the demo fleet? Peak Cycles in Golden does not.

Specialized, like all quality outfits, will give you a 30-day trial on a saddle.

The older S-Works single bolt posts will need the newer Pave clamp (http://www.specialized.com/us/en/ftb/components/road-seat-postscollars/anodized-pave-clamp-79mm) to work properly. Since the newer clamp is revised and fits both 7 & 9mm rails, its a good idea to change to the newer one anyway. Only $35.

The newer 2-bolt posts (http://www.specialized.com/us/en/ftb/components/road-seat-postscollars/sworks-sl-carbon-2bolt-seatpost) will work fine with the 9mm rails (Chicane saddle included).

Its definitely a different shape--Ymmv with saddles, as usual.
