View Full Version : Kids mountain bike race...

My kids ages 8 and 9 years had their first race of the season yesterday. It's the Wednesdays at Wakefield race series in Wakefield Park in Annandale, VA. The racecourse is 30 minutes long and consists of doubletrack, singletrack and plenty of climbing. It was fun to see all the kids having a blast. We just need more of them to show up at every race.

I had a good workout running around the racecourse snapping pics...good times!

I'm assuming your child is number 44. When I saw that group shot at the top I thought that number 44 kid looks like he is in the zone and ready to kick some a$$.

#100 looks muy tranquilo, like he actually showed up for the Rapha ride. Great shots!

My Daughter's 12 and she's been wanting to do a race. Just waiting for a few parts to arrive so I can finish her bike.

a race i could actually contend in
