Is there any compatibility issue when installing 2013 Sram Red 22 (speeds) GXP chainrings onto 2012 Sram Red Quarq GXP spider?
As far as i am aware, the 2012 Sram Red Quarq ring change does not need recalibration.

Thanks.

As far as whether it would fit, I would hope so.

As for calibration, check the Quark website.

Any adjustments in calibration are listed there and you can easily make them with an iPhone and a Wahoo antenna and the Qalvin app.

You shouldn't need recalibration.

Put the new rings on and you are good to go. Just make sure your torque spec is the same.

If all you are doing is changing rings then the Quark calculator does not differentiate between most versions of SRAM Red

Calibration with your head unit is still recommended. You don't have to send cranks back to Quarq with the newer spiders but there is a settling in period for the chainrings (bolt/spider/chainring interfaces). Quarq recommends you check the offset before and after rides for a brief period. See manual.
