I love anatomical design, but this looks totally impractical

...and it kind of makes me like it even more.

Is it anatomical...or is it meant to look like a tree? I predict breakage by the second or third use. And as noted above, it's not clear how that would do much to aerate wine.

I would break it the first use, or spill everywhere while pouring. An interesting piece though.

My immediate reaction too, unless one simply breaks it and puts the pieces in the machine. Good, aged wine doesn't need aeration.

From their FAQ:

Lavage / Washing

Borosilicat glass is a very strong, chemically and thermically. You can wash the Decanter with very hot water. Rinse thoroughly, last rinsing with demineralized water or white alcohol (drinkable).
Let drain the decanter 2 or 3 hours upside down on a towel folded, propped up well in a corner.

Le verre borosilicate est très résistant thermiquement et chimiquement. Vous pouvez donc laver la Carafe à l'eau très chaude. Rincez abondamment, avec un dernier rinçage à l'eau déminéralisée ou à l'alcool blanc (alcool pour conserves par exemple).
Pour égoutter la carafe il suffit de la caler dans un coin tête en bas sur une serviette pliée pendant 2 ou 3 heures.
