Pretty impressive the MPCC is finding stuff like this. Though this does get into the gray area of doping or some kind of natural issue with the rider's body.

Here's the thing. Every time you hear about one of these positives for something like this that has a legitimate purpose and the potential for abuse, the 'team doctor supplied the prescription'.

Why not just require disclosure of these prescriptions when they are written and/or the drug is administered? Wouldn't that simultaneously negate the need for a rider to get yanked from a race when a positive test occurs (because they'd already know he was cleared for it) and prevent abuse of the substance since it would be pretty obvious if half the peloton was getting a 'script for cortisone every week.
