Riding in the Kent, WA area....

I just spoke to an old buddy from college who lives in Kent, WA. He has invited me to visit him.

I have agreed to visit, perhaps next Spring/Summer.... But he does not ride at all and can not advise me on riding a road bike where he lives.

Any of you live in this area? How is the riding in the Seattle, Kent area?
